Autumn season 2026: training times
Adult training is spread over three days in the autumn season. All sessions are player-led except Tuesday’s beginners’ course, which is coached by experienced players.
- Tuesdays 19.15–20.30: beginners’ course at Pallomylly (Pikajuoksijankuja 9), 27.10.–24.11.2026
- Thursdays 20.00–21.00: touch rugby at Töölö sports ground 6 (Urheilukatu 5) in October and November
- Sundays in November: skills training in the Liikuntamylly wrestling hall (Jauhokuja 3), women 15.00–16.00 and men 16.00–17.00
- Sundays 17.30–18.30: junior KDS training at Pallomylly, 25.10.2026–31.1.2027
Who is the beginners’ course for?
The beginners’ course is for everyone aged 16 and over, whatever their sporting background or size. You learn the basics of rugby – running, passing, catching and playing as a team – and groups are formed by experience. Sessions are mostly in English, with instructions translated into Finnish and Swedish when needed.
Bring football boots or trainers, training clothes and a water bottle. A mouthguard is a plus but not essential.
Juniors train on Sundays
Kids Development Squad (KDS) training is for children aged 3–15, and all age groups train at the same time. The first month is free and no previous experience is needed. You can sign your child up in MyClub through their age group.
