Fast and social touch rugby
Touch rugby is a fast and social form of rugby where tackling is replaced by a touch. It builds game sense, fitness and teamwork without contact, and suits everyone regardless of age or experience.
What to bring?
- Water bottle
- Clothes and shoes suitable for sport
- Your own rugby ball, if you have one
The sessions are free and there is no sign-up — just come along any time.
