Our trainings are open so usually you can just arrive at the pitch. We do recommend contacting us before hand either here or through our social media channels to make sure we are prepared for any newcomers!

We organis beginner's courses annually. We offer 3 free practice sessions where you get to know basic rugby skills and the HRC family. Follow us on Instagram to get information about the latest events!

No prior knowledge in rugby is needed. During the course we will go through basics of rugby from ball handling to tackling. You can join the course any time and it's also totally fine if you can't make it to all three sessions!

Who is it for?

Players over 16 years regardless of sports background and size. We'll form appropriate groups based on the previous background of the participants to ensure the best and safest rugby experience!

How much does it cost?

No costs!

What language is the course held in?

In English, but we have players who can translate everything in Finnish and in Swedish.

What do I need with me?

Football boots or trainers, clothes suitable for sweating and a water bottle. A mouthguard is a plus.

What do I need with me?

When and where are the trainings?

From 17th of October we will train indoors twice a week:
- Tuesdays 7pm to 8pm, Pallomylly, Pikajuoksijankuja 9, 00920 Helsinki
- Sundays 6.30pm to 7.30pm, Pallomylly, Pikajuoksijankuja 9, 00920 Helsinki

From 3rd of November onwards we will also train outdoors once a week:

- Thursday 8pm to 9pm, Töölön pallokenttä (kenttä 6)
