Five Helsinki Rugby Club board members and volunteers participated in World Rugby’s “Introduction to Leadership and Management” course. This programme is designed to strengthen leadership capabilities within rugby organizations.
Throughout the course, participants explored key areas like effective communication, decision-making, strategic planning, and creating positive club environments.
By investing in their own development, these volunteers are helping ensure that Helsinki Rugby Club continues to grow sustainably and provide high-quality experiences for players, coaches, and the wider rugby community in Helsinki.
